CURVE OF TEMPERATURE CONTROL
The temperature of the air that surrounds the pieces is the main factor to enable the transfer of thermal energy inside the pieces and makes the water molecules contained in the piece come out. The larger is the heat flux entering in the pieces, the greater will be the amount of water that can be extracted quickly from the pieces. In addition, the temperature allows to provide the thermal energy needed to evaporate water from the surface of the pieces.
CURVE OF HUMIDITY CONTROL
Associated to the curve of the temperature, the humidity curve determines the speed of evaporation of water from the pieces. Varying temperature and humidity, it is possible to vary the evaporation pressure between the piece surface and the air where the body is immersed.
AIR SPEED CONTROL

The flexibility of the control system of the dryer allows the user to plan and carry out drying cycles dedicated to the production underway. Programming allows the continuous monitoring of the working cycle and of the drying data. Moreover, this system gives the possibility to modify the cycle even during the drying working.
